Annmarie has over 20 years experience working on recruitment, diversity and the socio-economic development of ethnic minorities in the private, public and voluntary sectors.

Regarded as one of the leading experts in diversity, Annmarie was recently awarded an OBE for her services to diversity in labour markets solutions.

Annmarie specialises in developing innovative programmes to assist ethnic minority and other professionals into jobs commensurate with their academic qualifications.

Annmarie sits on several boards, including the Open University, Camden ITec, The London Academy for Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) and The League of Mercy.
